As a service only customer you can benefit from a reduced call out charge if you require a repair to be undertaken on your boiler/central heating system.

Landlords - Renting Property

We can provide Landlord Safety Certificates which you legally have to carry out when renting out properties.  You can take out one of the maintenance contracts detailed above and never have to worry about falling behind with the inspection; we will contact you direct about 4 weeks prior to the expiry of the last LSC and if you take out the maintenance cover you know your tenant will have the security of repairs being carried out quickly especially during winter months.  There is an extra charge for the provision of the certificate.
