With PON (Services) Ltd you have an "UNLIMITED NUMBER OF CLAIMS" whereas with Homeserve you are limited to 5 claims a year of £3,000;

Our Gas Safety Certificates cover all appliances present at the same property where as Homeserve charge extra for additional appliances and SWALEC's customers incur an additional charge if they have more than 6 appliances;

We conduct a thorough strip down of your boiler not just a gas analyser test. We also offer very competitive rates for servicing fires and other gas appliances - we are nearly half the price of British Gas!

We endeavour to keep our call out costs down and don't think a fixed call out charge would offer you "value for money." A thermocouple costing £10 plus £57 labour would only cost you £67 with PON but with British Gas you would be paying £210 - that's over 3 times as much!
