At Peter O'Neill's we believe the success of the organisation is down to its people.  We invest heavily in training and development to ensure that the service we offer is always of the highest quality possible.

Currently our employee base consists of 2 directors, 9 office staff including managerial, 12 highly trained Gas Safe Registered engineers and 4 apprentices.

We are one of South Wales' longest established central heating companies and invest substantially in the training and development of gas engineers.  All our engineers train at local, reputable training facilities and regularly uindergo refresher or higher grade training throughout their careers.  Our aim is to ensure our engineers have the best knowledge, equipment and expertise.

Against the background of a highly competitive market, we continue to be the first choice central heating company for thousands of private customers.

Working with colleagues, clients and government agencies we have a successful record in training and re-training the unemployed and recently featured on the cover of the Welsh Assembly Governments "Job Match Scheme" brochure.
