If you require a call out during office hours (9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri), please call 01633 627205/627263 and we will arrange for an engineer to call. You will be supplied with the emergency call out number for urgent out of hour's calls.  This will be sent to you at the start of your contract.  (See Terms & Condition for more detail)

Although the engineers carry a wide range of the more common spare parts it is impossible for us to stock all the parts as we do cover a wide range of boilers.  On occasions it may be necessary to order parts and make a return visit for works to be completed. We cannot accept any liability for delay or non availability of parts from suppliers/manufacturers. (See Terms & Condition for more detail)

What is an emergency?

• Total Loss of central heating (autumn/winter months) where there is no other form of heating
• A water leak which cannot be contained
• Smell of Fumes

Non emergency

• No hot water
• Partial loss of heating
• Repairs on gas fires
